edugain login: make error messages depending on the flexible config of attribute mapping in settings.py and also allow to configure attribute information in a way independent of local shibboleth-local config

Use First or Last name if they are filled, otherwise use email if it is filled,
otherwise use username.
This patch should improve the displayed names of Shibboleth users.
